I've worked in international B2B organisations across different industries and cultures for the last 25+ years. (No idea, where the time has gone!)
The last 14 years have been Product marketing and Content marketing related. Predominately in high-tech organisations including Mobile Telco, Business Intelligence, Pay-TV & Piracy as well as Cyber Threat Intelligence. More recently, I've made a foray into the Leadership Coaching and Training arena.

I'm straight talking, with a dry sense of humour and quirky phrases. I'm loose with terms of endearment and am known to pepper some conversations with the odd expletive. I'm logical and can usually abstract pretty quickly. As long as someone can explain the concept I can normally grasp it. This skill is rather handy as it lets me adapt to different industries and understand their offerings. As a Brit, I'm a native English speaker/writer. Although most of my career has been spent writing for organisations who prefer American English as their business language. Experienced at remote working, across different timezones.

I'm originally from Yorkshire. The symbol of Yorkshire is a white rose. Yes, that's one of the reasons for the English Rose. And Yorkshire also lends part of itself to my company name. The other link to Shire is that I'm part hobbit!
